BREATHER VALVE
MOD. 101 and related variants (101 AA, 101 AC, ...)
These valves are designed to protect the reservoirs against excessive positive or negative (vacuum) pressures due to the loading or unloading operations and to the temperature variations. As the reservoir pressure exceeds the valve relief or vacuum setting, the pallets arise allowing the venting or the vacuum relieving of the reservoir.
VALVES MOD. 101 AA
Spring loaded valves, used when the set pressure is higher than +100 mbar g and lower than -100 mbar g
VALVES MOD. 101 AC
Valves with a suction elbow, used on blanketed tanks. An inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) can be fed into the reservoir when its pressure value falls below the blanketing pressure
VALVES MOD. 101 TV
Valves with o-ring sealing available in various elastomeric materials (NBR, EPDM, FKM, FEPM, FFKM), to increase the tightness and minimize the leakages
VALVES MOD. 101 C
Valves with jacket in AISI 316L, featuring a double wall welded externally to the valve body and structured to create a cavity for the circulation of heating or cooling media. They are used to maintain the internal chamber of the valve at a specified temperature.

MAIN FEATURES
Replaceable seats
ANTIFREEZING PALLETS
The pallet drip avoids condensate collecting around the seat.
PALLET GUIDES LOCATED ABOVE THE SEAT
This arrangement assures a no-jamming guide of the pallet not affected by contaminant fluids, therefore a close coupling between pallet and guides is not necessary.
BIRD SCREENS
Bird screens avoid the entering of foreign elements.
SETTING
Through the pallet's dead weights, any setting is available between ± 2,5 mbar g and ± 100 mbar g. Higher settings can be achieved with a spring configuration.
