Rampini S.r.l. was formerly founded in Milan (Italy) in 1950 by Cav. Romano Rampini and latterly ran by his daughter Luciana Rampini. Its core business was always oriented to the engineering and production of tank fittings, such as pressure and vacuum relief devices, which can now be found in many refineries and in petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants all around the world .

In 2010 it was acquired by H+ Valves and became part of Techné . The products line consists in a wide variety of different devices, each one to be used for a specific purpose.
